      How can we change whether that level of functionality is so tied to our ego and self-image. The solution is not to work harder on our business, but to start to work harder on ourselves. There are many things we can do to develop a healthy ego and self-image. Usually this starts with seeking someone else’s opinion and obtaining a mentor, coach or counselor. It’s tough to work on self-image alone. You need somebody else to reflect the reality. It’s so simple to distort it through our own eyes.

      Unfortunately, most business mentors do not teach the"if you don’t have the money in hand, don’t spend it" approach. They discuss things like, getting your business cards. At
